Lindsey Richardson

Lindsey Richardson has always called the Okanagan home and is happy to be building her legal career in Penticton. Lindsey enjoyed more than six years working in the Okanagan wine industry before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. Lindsey worked at Jaimie Kidston Law Office for three years prior to her call to the British Columbia Bar.

Lindsey has represented clients in BC Small Claims Court, Federal Court, and BC Supreme Court matters. Lindsey was a contributor on an Estate Law paper for the Trial Lawyers Association of BC in 2021 on the topic of Substantive Constructive Trusts. Although she enjoys representing her clients in court, Lindsey understands the importance of alternative dispute resolution and, when appropriate, pursues these avenues with her clients.

Lindsey is a past board member of the Naramata Bench Wineries Association and holds her WSET Level 3 Certification, attained in Florence, Italy. Lindsey is the current president of the Penticton and District Bar Association and sits on the Board of Directors for the South Okanagan Similkameen Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association. She enjoys spending time with her spouse and daughter and indulging in the local food and wine scene.
