Past Counsel

Doug’s practice has spanned more than 30 years and includes business, corporate commercial, real estate, wills and estates, First Nations business law, land and taxation. Doug practices mainly in Kamloops while also delivering services to Penticton clients remotely and in person.

Doug belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Kamloops Bar Association. He instructs at the Nicola Valley Institute of Technology in areas of Business Law and Economics, is a director for the Oncore Seniors Society, and a four time Roy Hobbs World Series baseball champion. Larry D. Halbauer was a stalwart of the Penticton legal community for over 40 years. He retired in 2016 and sadly passed away in November 2019. Larry’s mantra was “The client comes first” and we strive to continue in that tradition.
