Jaicee Payette

Jaicee Payette grew up in the Okanagan, leaving only for brief period to complete her law degree and articling year. Jaicee obtained her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University and articled at a large firm in Vancouver prior to being called to the British Columbia bar.

Jaicee assists clients in a wide range of matters including estate litigation, estate planning, family law, strata law, construction, small claims, and property disputes. Jaicee is a strong advocate for her clients, and has represented them in Small Claims, Provincial Court and Supreme Court proceedings, as well as in dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.

Prior to attending law school, Jaicee was a competitive level dance instructor in Lake Country, BC for close to a decade, and she continues to be involved in the Okanagan dance community. She thoroughly enjoys the Okanagan lifestyle, including touring the region’s wineries, and taking advantage of staying active outdoors.
